Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all states excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
How are the doors shipped?
To prevent damage during transit, we utilize specialized crating for every shipment. Your order travels via trailer and arrives on a truck equipped with a liftgate and pallet jack. We ask that you have at least one capable assistant available at the time of delivery—or more for larger shipments. If a forklift isn't available for oversized orders, the components can be unboxed within the trailer and moved piece-by-piece.
How much do the doors weigh?
A single door weighs approximately 250lbs.A double door weighs approximately 500lbs.
Custom doors will vary.
How do I get accurate measurements?
We work closely with you to ensure total accuracy. While a rough estimate is all we need to start your quote, we require precise "rough opening" dimensions—the space from stud to stud and subfloor to header—before fabrication begins. Before your order goes into production, our team will walk you through our measuring guides to ensure you feel completely confident in the final numbers. If you prefer, a general contractor can also provide these measurements for you.
Who should install my door?
While you have options, we highly suggest our in-house specialists. Because these systems are unique and heavy, the key to the door's longevity is in the installation. Specific details and pricing will be discussed during your initial project meeting.
Do you provide guides for installation?
While we provide these guides for every order, we recommend reviewing them with a professional who has experience in heavy architectural metalwork due to the specific tolerances required.
What glass options are available for my doors?
Quality and safety are our priorities. All of our exterior doors come standard with double-pane, insulated tempered glass for maximum energy efficiency and durability. For interior applications where insulation is less of a factor, we offer sleek, single-pane tempered glass options to suit your design.
Do you offer operable glass panels?
Yes, we can manufacture your doors with glass that opens independently from the frame. If you would like this functional feature included in your design, please let us know during the consultation phase.
Can I choose which way the door swings?
We offer both inswing and outswing configurations. You specify the direction during the design process.
Are interior versions available?
Yes. Any of our styles can be custom-built for interior settings with single-pane glass and no threshold.
What is included with my door?
Your order arrives as a complete system, including the door jamb, threshold, hinges, glass, and weatherstripping. We also include standard handles and your choice of finish, with specialty hardware upgrades available.
What is the thickness of the metal?
We use premium 12 and 14-gauge steel for our doors, frames, and thresholds. This ensures your project is built with the most substantial and durable materials in the industry.
Are your doors insulated?
Yes. To maximize energy efficiency, all door panels and frames are fully insulated, including all hollow interior sections.
Do you offer ADA-compliant thresholds?
Yes. We provide ADA-compliant thresholds for any door design to ensure accessibility and ease of entry.
How durable is the finish?
Very durable. Our doors undergo an anti-corrosion treatment followed by primer and multiple coats of automotive-grade paint for a long-lasting, resilient finish.
Is the upkeep difficult?
Not at all. Simply wash with mild soap and water. To maintain the finish, ensure the door dries quickly and has an adequate drainage process. This minimal care keeps iron looking better than wood for years.
Do you offer CAD renderings?
Absolutely. We offer professional CAD renderings before the production process starts, allowing you to visualize and confirm the final design.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we operate directly from our factory to keep overhead low and pass those savings to you. We currently have a showroom in the works, so follow our social media for updates!
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a three-year warranty on our doors. Your consultant can provide the specific terms during your inquiry.
Are custom orders refundable?
Since these doors are custom-built to your unique specifications, all sales are final upon delivery. Deposits are non-refundable unless verified manufacturer defects are present.
